PRODUCT CARE

Caring for your swimwear is important. To help ensure longer use of your swimwear, make sure you follow the simple steps to keep your swimwear clean and fresh for a nice sunny day.

• Do not iron or leave in the sun.
• Hand wash garments in cold soapy water, rinse after.
• Do not wash in warm or hot water.
• Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
• Do not dry clean garments.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight as this may cause fading.
• Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine- this may cause the colour to fade and damage the material.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces. EX- rocks, pebble/ stone pool surfaces. We do not take responsibility for balling of fabrics when made in contact with rough surfaces.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
  • Processing time is 1-2 business days from order date.
  • Shipping time will take an additional 3-5 business days.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Not at the moment. Please check back for updates when international shipping will become available.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
  • We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, e.i. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.

 

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING SOLD OUT ITEMS?
  • If you are looking for an item that is sold out and it is a collection EXCLUSIVE, chances are it won't be restocked. Only pieces from our everyday lifestyle collection will be restocked. You can message us to find out the restock date.
